Dear Yogis,

Winter is here. This means Do more Yoga. The January Challenge is on. Come to your mat.

You have probably noticed our Sweet Santosha merchandise for sale at the studio. If you have not snagged a tank or tee, pick one up next time you are at the studio. We are working on getting another order out, please bear with me. We also have Manduka Pro Lite mats for sale, as well as mat towels (great for those sweaty hot vinyasa classes!)

Monday changes:

5:00pm Y12SR Yoga for Recovery with Kat Sorensen. This is a donation class.

Tuesday changes:

Thursday changes:

7:00am Heated Vinyasa with Patty Weiss

Friday changes:

9:30 Heated Vinyasa with Mindy Tonti

Sunday changes:

11:00 am Yin Yoga with Annie Humiston. This is a 75 minute class.

We have a few classes on the schedule we really want to keep on. If these are your regular times or classes you want to see stay on the schedule we are encouraging you to show your support!

Tuesday 5:30 with Mabel Tippets- Mabel’s classes are amazing, soothing and supporting. A wonderful treat for yourself mid-week.

Thursday 5:30pm with Annie Humiston teaches a Low Heat thoughtful Vin-Yin, Annie will have you feeling warm and welcomed with her infectious smile and positive energy as she guides you through a non-heated yoga practice.

Friday 6 am with Jen Get your morning reved up with this amazing class.
