Gong meditation with Wayne Marto

We are honored to have Wayne. The Gong acoustically elevates us, creating a deep, spontaneous meditative state that restores harmony and vitality to the mind, body and soul. 

Event Description: The 90-minute event includes a brief discussion on the healing attributes of the Gong, a 62-minute Gong Meditation, followed by sweets and community.

Restores vibrational balance and mind-body harmony
Stimulates immune system and glandular functioning
Encourages the movement of life force energy

The Gong Meditation is best experienced lying down on your back or a similar comfortable position. Wear comfortable clothes and bring whatever you need to be relaxed for the meditation - yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, eye mask, etc.

We are a community rooted yoga studio located in the beautiful town of Kingston, Washington. Santosha means “contentment” in sanskrit and we hope that through your yoga journey you are able to find more contentment in your life. Whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years, our studio offers a range of classes, varying both in practice style and room temperature, with the goal of creating an inclusive space that provides something for everybody.
